Refund policy
RETURN and EXCHANGE
We do not accept returns or exchange items as they are made to order.
All custom orders are excluded from return policy.
However, exception for the item that has genuine quality problem, manufacturing defects or is wrongly delivered, the item doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation.
We are open to re-fulfilling your order.
Please get in touch with the customer care team at email with your order number delivery address, date of transaction and the image of the wrongly delivered or defective item within 48 hours of delivery.
Each return or exchange will be addressed individually on an item-by- item basis.
Note: the returned item(s)should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
RETURNING ITEMS
If the item(s) is returned by post or courier please email to us email , with your name, address, order number and reason for returning item(s), shipping agency & tracking number of the parcel. Cost of return will be borne by the customer. SUNITA SHANKER STUDIO will not be responsible for item(s) lost in post, damaged in transit or held in customs.
